Submit your papers via EasyChair
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cbi2018
Note, your paper must be registered in EasyChair until Monday, April 9 at the latest. This means you have to specify the title, the authors and the abstract of your paper in EasyChair, even if the full paper is not ready by then. The submission of the abstract is required to ensure the assignment to relevant reviewers, and thus to ensure the high quality of reviewing your paper deserves. You may then upload your full paper until Sunday, April 15. Also any revisions of your full paper are still possible until Sunday, April 15.
Submissions may not exceed 10 pages in the IEEE 2-column template (http://ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/create-your-ieee-article/use-authoring-tools-and-ieee-article-templates/ieee-article-templates/templates-for-computer-society-journals/). Please, use A4 paper format. Note that only PDF files are accepted for submission, and that there is a limit of 250 words for the abstract. If you use the LaTeX template provided by IEEE, please remove the compsoc
option and add the a4paper
option to the \documentclass
statement.
You can also download the LaTeX-Template here, where we have prepared everything for you: LaTeX Template.
In the submission form, please select the conference track that best fits with your manuscript’s topic / field of research (see Call for Papers) OR choose the track “General Topics” for submissions not covered by the other tracks and track topics (submission to the “General Topics” track may be moved to other tracks by the programm committee).
Important note: To ensure a double-blind review process make sure that your names and affiliations are NOT listed in the manuscript submitted for review. However, you should include ALL cited references in the submission’s references section to allow reviewers for cross-checking references (including your self-cited own prior work!).
By submitting a paper, authors implicitly agree that at least one of them will register to the conference and present the paper. It is expected that at least one author will register for each accepted paper. Only papers that have been presented by their authors during the conference will be published as part of the IEEE Digital Library.
Selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version to a special issue of the EMISA journal (subject to separate review).
